I have a huge recommendation for Duck’s Travel Planning. For 6 months my friend and I have been planning a European trip and we had our connecting flights meeting up in Newark NJ, (since she is in Fl and I am in Virginia) to continue the flight together and we leave NEXT WEEK.
Yesterday our connecting flights were cancelled. We were scrambling to figure out what we were going to do with such limited time. Rachael Stanley of Duck’s Travel did a fantastic job for us in Porto. Not only did she find this hotel, but she found a world class restaurant for us practically next door to the hotel, and she arranged a tour for us that was the best city tour we ever had. And – she arranged transportation for us to and from the airport, which included one leg of the transportation before sunrise. There’s more! Several issues arose during our stay, and Rachael handled them quickly and efficiently and got the results we needed. I don’t know how we could have gotten along on this trip with so many moving parts without Rachael’s help. I have travelled on all 7 continents for almost a half century. I have never had a travel agent like Rachael. She goes above and beyond, including checking in on us both before and during the trip. I have recommended her to my friends.
